Winter School 2023

Winter-School on

Domain Decomposition and Krylov Subspace Methods for PDEs and Ill-Posed Problems

February 27–March 3, 2023

Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (um6p)

Benguérir, Morocco

Objective: The objective of the winter School on Domain Decomposition, Krylov Subspace, and Multigrid Methods for PDEs is to provide graduate students and researchers with a comprehensive overview of these advanced numerical techniques for solving partial differential equations (PDEs). The school will cover the fundamental principles and mathematical foundations of each method, as well as their practical implementation and application to a wide range of PDE problems in science and engineering. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from leading experts in the field and to gain hands-on experience through a series of mini-courses and talks. The goal of the school is to equip attendees with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively use these methods in their own research and to contribute to the development of these techniques.
